Job summary

CAM Industrial Solutions seeks a Quality Control Technician to join our on-site team. You will champion QC processes, conduct inspections of construction sites and materials, and ensure compliance with project specs.

Ideal candidates have a degree in construction management or 3 years of relevant QC experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred, or 3 years of quality experience.
• Experience in quality control/QA within construction industry.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings; strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Champion and implement quality control processes at a project level.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of sites, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with project specs.
• Identify and address quality issues with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors to resolve quality concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and QC activities.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and QC methodologies.
