Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Chemistry or related field such as Biochemistry, Biology, Physics or Mathematics.
• 0–1 years of experience in a production lab environment.
• Instrumentation experience with ICP/MS, GC/MS, UV-Vis, GC/FID/TCD, IC, HPLC, GFAA, ICP/OES or liquid counters.
• Experience with Good Laboratory Practices.
• Statistical software experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good communication with different functional groups.
• Shift flexibility including weekends/holidays.
• Safety-sensitive position with post-offer drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and final products following company procedures.
• Investigate non-conformance test results to assure specifications.
• Review long-term stability charts to ensure equipment fit-for-use.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
• Reviewing laboratory documents per Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
