Job summary

Zygo Corporation in Middlefield, CT is seeking a Program Manager for semiconductor initiatives, owning end-to-end programs and aligning internal teams and external partners to meet aggressive customer and business goals. You will partner with product management and R&D to define priorities, lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations and supply chain, track KPIs, manage risks, and drive successful NPI outcomes.

Travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proven leadership and accountability for complex programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Experience with global semiconductor customers a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of semiconductor programs; define milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Deliver structured updates to senior leadership on status, impact, and needs.
• Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution to maintain program performance.
• Partner with product management and R&D to prioritize inputs into NPI programs.
• Work with product owners and Agile teams to align priorities and backlogs.
