Qualifications

• 5+ years in program or project management, engineering, or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in semiconductor industry or with global suppliers preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans and lead projects from conception to deployment.
• Contribute to project strategies, processes, and resource plans.
• Manage schedules and tasks using project management tools and reports.
• Drive cost, schedule, and performance objectives for equipment and deliverables.
• Support cross-functional design teams to achieve goals.
• Provide technical input and guidance to team members.
• Interface with internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, supply chain, and business teams to drive supply chain projects.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
