Responsibilities

• Own concept and feasibility for new algorithmic modules, including problem definition and deployment.
• Align requirements for new software applications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop budgets, work plans, and timelines for projects.
• Manage resources to meet the agreed deliverables.
• Develop hardware roadmaps for new applications.
• Identify required software architectures.
• Oversee software and hardware implementation.
• Manage a team of data scientists, data engineers, and software developers.
• Identify, define and manage interfaces with external collaborators (sub-contractors, university).
• Monitor and report project progress against milestones.
• Prepare and manage project reviews, align with project stakeholders, run regular cadence meetings and work collaboratively with partners to meet organization goals.
• Own technical development of team members, objective setting, and performance management.
• Perform recruitment, training, budgeting and promotion processes.
