United States Digital Space LLC, a stakeholder in Akoustis' Canandaigua RF filter manufacturing, seeks a Production Technician to support high‑throughput processes. You will work independently with engineers and operations in a fast-paced environment, running multiple processes, identifying equipment issues, and assisting with process improvements for new product introductions.

The role emphasizes SOP adherence, data logging, and cross-training across tools, with safety and quality as core

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent paired with 4+ years in production/engineering in semiconductor/electronics/manufacturing.
• Associate’s degree or higher in STEM with 1+ years in production/engineering in semiconductor/electronics/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and train Production Operators on SOPs.
• Input data and monitor SPC control charts and follow corrective actions.
• Qualify to operate area equipment and ensure safety/quality protocols.
• Multitask and cross-train across multiple tool sets and support new product introductions.
• Identify and contain quality problems with the area’s toolset.
• Support continuous improvement projects to improve yield and reduce cycle time.
