Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts, engineering plans, and production specifications.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering teams to align materials and resources with timelines.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address changes in demand or constraints.
• Analyze capacity and labor requirements to optimize production flow and resource utilization.
• Track and report on KPIs such as schedule adherence and production output.
• Identify bottlenecks or risks and recommend solutions to maintain schedule integrity.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within planning and scheduling processes.
• Ensure accurate data management within ERP and planning systems.
