Phase2 Technology is seeking a Process Engineer I, II, or Senior in Austin, Texas, to develop and execute semiconductor fabrication process flows for advanced 3D HI applications. The ideal candidate will have relevant educational qualifications and substantial experience in nanofabrication, with responsibilities including running and integrating semiconductor processes, developing customer product samples, and assisting with documentation. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 10 years relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant nanofabrication experience.
• Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience in nanofabrication.

Responsibilities

• Running experiments and integrating semiconductor fabrication processes.
• Developing processes-of-record for customer product samples.
• Assisting with documents on costs and inventory levels.
