Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Technical Course Development Instructor to deliver training on photolithography equipment at a San Jose area site. The role combines technical expertise with course development and training capabilities, reporting to a local worksite five days a week.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background with 3-5 years of related experience and experience in delivering training. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 with discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Semiconductor/photolithography equipment knowledge preferred.
• Prior experience as a technical trainer preferred.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user training on Photolithography products.
• Provide classroom and laboratory training for internal and external customers.
• Develop and revise technical materials and lesson plans.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to implement training.
• Verify accuracy of technical procedures to support field service.
• Present detailed technical topics.
• Engage in groups to share knowledge and improve skills.
• Discuss training needs with customers and gather feedback.
