Job summary

InnovaFlex Foundry is seeking an Operator (B-Shift) in Colorado Springs, CO to operate Fab and Test equipment in a cleanroom and process production lots. You will monitor equipment, track WIP, and record data following SPC standards.

The role requires 0–1 year of related experience and a high school diploma; basic certifications are preferred. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with a focus on safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and safety awareness are essential.
• 0–1 year of related experience is preferred.
• 1–2 area certifications (Basic) training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Fab and Test equipment in a cleanroom environment.
• Process production and engineering lots according to established procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and report issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Accurately move and track WIP through production stages.
• Record and maintain production data in accordance with SPC requirements.
• Follow cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Handle materials and chemicals per safety and environmental guidelines.
• Collaborate with Process and Maintenance Engineers to maintain product quality.
