Job summary

InnovaFlex is seeking an Operator (B-Shift) in Colorado Springs, CO. This full-time, non-exempt role involves operating Fab and Test equipment in a cleanroom environment, processing production and engineering lots, and tracking WIP to meet shift targets.

You will follow SPC data collection, cleanroom protocols, and safety guidelines, collaborate with Process and Maintenance Engineers, and support continuous improvement while building a career in advanced semiconductor manufacturing.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 0–1 year of related experience preferred.
  • 1–2 area certifications (Basic) training preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate Fab and Test equipment in a cleanroom environment.
  • Process production and engineering lots according to procedures.
  • Monitor equipment performance and report issues.
  • Move and track WIP through production stages.
  • Record production data to SPC standards.
  • Follow cleanroom PPE and safety guidelines.

What You'll Do

As an Operator, you'll support our manufacturing operations by:

  • Operating Fab and Test equipment in a cleanroom environment
  • Processing production and engineering lots according to established procedures
  • Monitoring equipment performance and reporting issues to ensure smooth operations
  • Accurately moving and tracking Work-in-Process (WIP) throughout the manufacturing process
  • Recording and maintaining production data in compliance with Statistical Process Control (SPC) requirements
  • Following cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and PPE requirements
  • Handling materials and chemicals in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines
  • Collaborating with Process and Maintenance Engineering teams to maintain product quality and operational efficiency

Essential Functions:
Equipment Operation & Production Execution
  • Operate Fab and Test equipment according to documented procedures
  • Process production and engineering lots to meet shift output targets
  • Move and track WIP through defined production stages
  • Maintain required tool certifications
Data Collection & Quality Compliance
  • Record and monitor production data to SPC standards
  • Verify tool qualifications and document performance results
Safety & Cleanroom Compliance
  • Follow all cleanroom gowning procedures and PPE requirements
  • Work safely around hazardous chemicals
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures and promptly report hazards, unsafe conditions, incidents, or injuries.
Cross-Functional Support
  • Collaborate with Process and Maintenance Engineers to address equipment or process concerns
  • Execute approved process changes as directed
Qualifications
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
  • 0 – 1 year of related experience preferred.
License or certification:
  • 1 - 2 area certifications (Basic) training preferred.
