Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead site-level planning, reporting, and optimization of materials flow. You will drive the S&OP process, provide demand planning input for orders and forecasts, and report to senior management.

The role requires strong analytics, detail orientation, excellent communication, and extensive SAP/Excel expertise to support supply chain decisions and inventory strategy.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years related experience in a materials or manufacturing environment.
• 7-10+ years related experience, including 4-5 years in supply chain planning or outsourcing, with project management experience.
• Working knowledge of QA, quick-turn, and engineer-to-order environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly Site-level Sales and Operations Planning reviews.
• Develop standard reports for Customer Demand, MPS, and CTB.
• Identify root causes of material shortages and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze inventory data, track material spend, and forecast demand.
• Design tools to simulate future inventory demand and reduce dead stock.
• Coordinate ECO changes affecting FGI or WIP with cross-functional teams.
• Deploy Kanban inventory system for fabricated parts and LLT material.
• Plan and execute projects that support sales and planning.
