Job summary

San Diego, CA-based opportunity for a Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving Associate supporting semiconductors. The role covers packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management of equipment and components, following detailed procedures to safeguard delicate assets.

Applicants should have 4+ years in warehouse operations, experience packaging sensitive equipment, and proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel. ERP/SAP experience is a plus, with PPE including steel-toe shoes required.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail required.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

Pack and unpack equipment, accessories, parts, and components.
Package delicate and sensitive equipment safely.
Install shipping locks or remove components before packaging using basic hand tools.
Perform shipping, receiving, material handling, and inventory activities.
Maintain accurate records of material movement in ERP systems.
Conduct inventory cycle counts and monitor packaging supplies.
Coordinate outbound shipments with internal departments.
Prepare kits for assembly operations.
Ensure quality and proper handling of all materials.
