Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support a leading semiconductor manufacturer in Chandler, AZ. The role offers a compressed workweek and shifts with early morning and overnight options.

You will perform PM on 300mm equipment, conduct quality inspections, and troubleshoot system messages to keep production running. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a cleanroom wearing full PPE.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency to monitor, track, and input production data.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow SOPs and instructions.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom with full cleanroom PPE and standing for long shifts.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on state-of-the-art semiconductor equipment in a cleanroom.
• Conduct visual quality inspections and checks per procedures.
• Respond to factory system and equipment error messages to keep operations running.
• Review SPC charts and troubleshoot equipment defects.
• Maintain spare parts management and log inventory throughout the equipment lifecycle.
• Follow all safety, health, and cleanroom gowning protocols.
