Job summary

NxEdge is seeking a driven Engineering Manager to lead site-level engineering resources and oversee SOP development to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals. You will champion process-improvement initiatives and ensure customer specifications are met.

The role reports to the Site Manager and includes oversight of Manufacturing Engineers, R&D Engineers, and Technicians, with focus on cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related degree.
• Three years of Manufacturing Engineering and/or Quality Management experience.
• In depth knowledge of CNC Machining, Robotics, and other manufacturing methods.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new customer product designs for manufacturability and resolve manufacturability issues.
• Ensure timely and concise execution of deliverables for new process development.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base through DOE and application testing.
• Review and approve manufacturing process work instructions, procedures, and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure standards are met.
