The selected candidate will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the Chandler Fab Cleans equipment area.
The technician will execute tasks related to maintaining toolsets including:
Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, performing scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and other relevant activities. Candidates should have a solid understanding of SPC, 5S, FDC systems, and problem-solving skills. They must interface effectively with internal and external groups to ensure safety, performance, and reliability. Documentation and training responsibilities are also part of the role.
The role requires effective communication skills (written and verbal), the ability to stand for long periods (up to 12 hours), and physical capability to perform tasks such as stooping, crawling in confined spaces, and lifting/carrying objects up to 50 pounds.
This position involves working compressed shifts, with openings on day or night shifts.
Education: AA, AS, AAS in electronics or related industrial engineering discipline preferred. Education combined with experience or military training may satisfy formal education requirements.
Experience: Specific knowledge of semiconductor maintenance and toolsets is required.
