The ideal candidate should possess a Master's in electrical or computer engineering and have expertise in 5G/LTE standards, RF circuit design, or IoT Bluetooth communications. Qualifications

• Expertise in one or more of the following: 5G/LTE/wireless standards, RF circuit design, IoT communications.
• Genuine interest in applying scientific experience to IP and patent law.

Responsibilities

• Perform research into emerging technologies.
• Prepare written and oral reports to attorneys/patent agents.
• Assist in patent applications and filings.
• Interact with inventors for disclosures.
• Organize prosecution files.
• Prepare letters of instruction for foreign patent applications.
• Monitor work due dates.
