Job summary

Raytheon in Andover, MA is seeking a college graduate to join the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department (AMSD) semiconductor foundry team. You will work in a cleanroom and support GaAs and GaN wafer processing, including lithography, deposition, and etch, performing optical microscope inspections.

This role provides hands-on learning in wafer fabrication techniques and data analysis, with emphasis on trouble-shooting and documentation of results.

Qualifications

An exciting opportunity exists for a college graduate to join our semiconductor foundry team at the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department (AMSD) at Raytheon in Andover, MA. AMSD develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices, microwave/millimeter‑wave integrated circuits, and modules for defense applications.

Relocation Eligibility

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
