Job summary

SUSS MicroTec SE in the United States seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and troubleshoot advanced lithography and related equipment at customer sites. You will ensure maximum tool uptime while supporting field deployments and collaborating with global engineering teams.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to stand for four to eight hours at customer sites.
OSHA Safety certificates.
Current driver's license.
Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

Installs and services equipment at customer facilities according to specifications.
Reviews performance data and inspects equipment to identify problems.
Determines corrective actions and coordinates repairs with teams.
Provides on-site technical assistance and troubleshooting.
Maintains and analyzes service records and reports.
Contributes to field knowledge with manuals and bulletins.
Acts as a liaison between customer and company for effective service.
Develops and delivers training on safe equipment operation.
