Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering, chemistry, or related field required.
• 0–3 years experience in MEMS/semiconductor/fabrication equipment.
• Experience with vacuum, high-voltage, chemical handling and high-temperature systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Follows appropriate processes and protocols in the cleanroom environment.
• Performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Maintains records and tracking of tool status, maintenance and issues.
• Coordinates with environmental, health and safety for safe operation of toolset.
• Coordinated with process engineers to troubleshoot tool and process issues.
• Coordinates, schedules and escorts vendors on-site as necessary.
• Assists in installation of new equipment and decommissioning of outgoing equipment.
• Responds to emergency situations as they may occur.
• Performs other duties as assigned
