Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on semiconductor implant equipment to prevent downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions using manuals and diagnostic tools.
• Conduct preventive maintenance including cleaning, calibration, and parts replacement.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop and optimize equipment performance.
• Document maintenance activities in logs and databases.
• Assist in setup and qualification of new experimental equipment.
• Stay updated on advances and best practices in semiconductor equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols while handling hazardous materials and high-voltage gear.
