Job summary

Insight Global in Austin, TX is seeking Semiconductor Equipment Technicians for metrology, photolithography, dry etch, CMP and CVD roles. This permanent onsite position offers negotiable compensation based on experience and a relocation-friendly package, with day and night shifts available to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support advanced inspection and measurement equipment used to monitor wafer quality and process performance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment responsible for transferring circuit patterns onto silicon wafers.
• Support plasma etch tools used to precisely remove material during semiconductor manufacturing.
• Maintain polishing systems used to flatten and prepare wafer surfaces between manufacturing steps.
• Support deposition equipment used to build thin-film layers critical to semiconductor devices.

Semiconductor Equipment Technicians | Metrology, Photolithography, Dry Etch, CMP & CVD

Location: Austin, TX

Type: Permanent

Compensation: negotiable and dependent upon relevant experience

• $32-$48+ /h
• Bonus's & Competitive benefits package

Relocation Assistance: $7,000-$15,000+ based on relocation distance

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders only

Start Date: Flexible - Can start within 1-2 weeks of applying

We are looking for technicians with experience in one of the following areas:

Support advanced inspection and measurement equipment used to monitor wafer quality and process performance.

Photolithography Equipment Technicians

Maintain and troubleshoot equipment responsible for transferring circuit patterns onto silicon wafers.

Dry Etch Equipment Technicians

Support plasma etch tools used to precisely remove material during semiconductor manufacturing.

CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization) Equipment Technicians

Maintain polishing systems used to flatten and prepare wafer surfaces between manufacturing steps.

Support deposition equipment used to build thin-film layers critical to semiconductor devices.

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting one or more of the specialties listed above
• Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills
