Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our semiconductor manufacturing fab in Santa Rosa, CA. You will maintain and repair electro-mechanical equipment used in high-vacuum and precision processes, working closely with process engineers and operators to support both production and R&D efforts.

You will collaborate with suppliers for spare parts, develop maintenance procedures, and assist with tool installations and hardware improvements.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with manufacturing equipment or complex systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and standard engineering practices.
• Strong personal and e-mail communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and solve complex problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electro-mechanical equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing fab.
• Work with R&D equipment and process engineers to support volume production and R&D development.
• Assist in selecting spare parts and coordinating service visits with suppliers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Develop written maintenance procedures and install new process tools.
