Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, and repair advanced semiconductor capital equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems to the component level.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Diagnose equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
• Support equipment upgrades, modifications, relocations, and system start-up activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer support by providing timely technical solutions and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and records for all field service activities.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior field service engineers when needed.
• Stay current on semiconductor technologies, products, and industry best practices through ongoing training and certifications.
