Job summary

Adecco is hiring Assembly Technicians in Austin, TX to build and repair semiconductor equipment and subassemblies. This role suits someone mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a high-tech production environment.

You’ll assemble electro-mechanical components, follow schematics and test procedures, perform inspections, and troubleshoot issues to keep production on track. Multiple shifts and overtime may apply; competitive pay ranges from $21 to $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Entry-level to intermediate manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components, subassemblies, and semiconductor equipment.
• Follow work instructions, schematics, diagrams, layouts, and test procedures.
• Perform inspection checks to confirm parts, tools, and materials are available and in good working order.
• Troubleshoot issues and help determine corrective actions when malfunctions occur.
• Follow standard processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
• Work collaboratively to meet production, safety, and quality goals.
