Qualifications

• Experience as Construction Project Manager for semiconductor facilities or similar high-tech industrial environments.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and clear communication throughout all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through turnover.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety performance.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
• Lead construction meetings and provide project status updates.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Track milestones and proactively resolve schedule and execution risks.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
