Job summary

AM Technical Solutions, Inc. seeks a Construction Coordinator to lead and coordinate project meetings and drive tool-level trade mobilization within the team. The role focuses trades on activities, ensures commitment and execution, and serves as the liaison between tool owners and trades.

You will manage construction to schedule, identify actionable tasks for scope execution, and handle paperwork and requirements for milestones in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Must have general understanding of construction sequencing using the latest industry standards.
• Familiar with utilities infrastructure in an industrial environment.
• Able to work in an ambiguous environment.
• In-field presence during trades working to enable immediate issue resolution.
• Manage and execute paperwork and construction requirements for milestones.
• Walk utility lines/systems during install or ready-to-demo to ensure accuracy.
• Facilitate and participate in RFI process to minimize time between questions and solutions.
• Coordinate work among all trades, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain professional customer service attitude in all situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and set up project-related meetings.
• Coordinate tool level trade mobilization within the Functional Area Team.
• Direct trades to the activity and commit to execution.
• Attend client-defined team meetings.
• Manage construction to the schedule and communicate plans for execution.
• Serve as point of contact between tool owners and trades.
• Assist in design review and provide construction management input.
