Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Chemroom Operator in Mesa, AZ to clean and refurbish parts used in semiconductor chip manufacturing. You will follow processes to chemical clean, etch, and passivate parts, and use various tools to achieve a consistent finish.

Ideal candidates have attention to detail, at least 1 year in manufacturing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role is on-site with Day Shift options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts cleaning is a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and promote a safe culture.
• Follow quality protocols to meet customer specifications.
• Read internal documents such as work orders, inventory records, and logs.
• Visually inspect parts for cosmetic defects per criteria.
• Prepare parts for chemical processing using fixtures or hangers.
• Load parts into chemical tanks ensuring process times are met.
• Use tools and equipment to detail parts per specification.
• Operate a hoist for moving heavy objects.
• Multitask to process multiple parts while adhering to standards.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
