Job summary

Cloud Software Group is expanding its Vertical Markets team and seeks a data analyst with semiconductor industry expertise to uncover insights from high-tech manufacturing data. You will work with Spotfire and other tools to help customers visualize and derive value from complex datasets.

The role emphasizes collaborating with Field Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Product Management to drive innovation and lead demonstrations at industry events.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in engineering or sciences related to target industries.
• 5 years as analytics practitioner in Semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong data management, analysis, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with statistical modeling in Python/R and tools such as SAS JMP, Minitab, GraphPad Prism, Dataiku, DataRobot.

Responsibilities

• Identify industry problems solved by visual data science.
• Document data, visualizations, and analytics requirements.
• Build analytical apps to speed problem solving.
• Create demos and collateral reflecting business value.
• Enable field teams to spark customer interest.
• Present solutions and value at industry events.
• Collaborate with Field Eng, Data Science, Marketing, and Product.
