Job summary

Cloud Software Group in the United States is seeking a data analyst with Semiconductor industry expertise to uncover hidden insights in high-tech manufacturing data and help others do the same. As a member of the Vertical Markets team, you will identify industry problems solvable by visual data science, document data requirements, and build analytical apps to speed solutions.

You’ll collaborate with Field Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Product Management to present solutions at events

Qualifications

• An engineering or science BS or greater degree related to our target industries.
• 5 years experience as an analytics practitioner in the Semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrable data management, data analysis, and data storytelling skills.
• Experience with statistical modeling using Python/R and/or tools listed above.
• Knowledge of vertical applications used in the industry.
• Fluency in data challenges and business value in the sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify industry problems solved by visual data science.
• Document required data, visualizations, and analytics to address challenges.
• Build analytical applications to speed problem-solving workflows.
• Document best-practice context and delivery materials for demos.
• Enable field teams to spark interest with compelling materials.
• Present solutions and business value at industry events.
• Create collateral describing business value and capabilities.
