Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in San Francisco is seeking a Technical Deployment Lead to own end-to-end delivery of complex semiconductor deployments, from scoping to adoption. You will embed with customers, map workflows, and coordinate across FDE, Researchers, and Customer Engineers to meet milestones.

This high-trust role requires 7+ years of customer-facing delivery leadership, deep semiconductor experience, and the ability to translate strategy into executable plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership.
• Deep expertise in Semiconductor workflows including RTL design, verification, EDA tooling, and physical implementation.
• Track record leading large, high-stakes engagements with AI involvement.
• Ability to simplify complex, ambiguous problems and map to actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent work streams with milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Run day-to-day engineering execution across FDE and customer teams to keep progress unblocked.
• Embed with Semiconductor customer teams to land production deployments and drive adoption.
• Shape deployments that integrate with customer infrastructure and toolchains (export-controlled environments).
• Partner with Product and Research to land platform components on time for deployment goals.
• Codify patterns and extract field signals to improve product and models.
