Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in automotive/diesel is a plus.
• Hands-on mechanic experience with semi-trailers or heavy-duty vehicles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; able to read wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly inspect, troubleshoot, and repair semi-trailer brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems.
• Complete scheduled maintenance and preventative checks for optimal performance.
• Use diagnostic equipment to pinpoint issues and recommend the most effective repair path.
