In this position, you will undertake semi-skilled tasks either independently or alongside a skilled tradesperson. Work involves the use of a variety of construction, groundskeeping, and maintenance equipment and tools, which frequently requires the application of skills acquired on the job. Your duties will include minor repairs and routine groundskeeping tasks, which are performed with considerable independence and reviewed upon completion. More advanced construction or repair work is completed under the direction of a skilled trade worker or supervisor.
