This position is paid an hourly rate for all hours worked and an activity-based bonus payment. The activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week.

Job Details:

1. Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $100,000
2. Hourly rate: $18 per hour
3. Activity-Based Bonus Components:
1. Stop pay: $60 per stop
2. Mileage rate: $0.52 cpm
3. Safety training: $15 per hour
4. New hire training period: $300 per day
5. Holiday pay per day: $200
4. Frequent home time
5. Onsite management
6. Paid online orientation
