Job summary

Job description

Overhaul Carriers Ltd., CDL Class A Local Home Daily for Experienced Truck Drivers Only.

Compensation: $1650 to $1800 per week.... 3 months experience needed.

Work Schedule

• Semi Local: 6 day work week w/ 34 hour reset
• Driver should expect to be out overnight in the truck 3 nights per week.
• Days off will likely fall on either Sat and Sun, Sun Mon, or Mon Tues but it will vary week to week
• Night Work. Typically, pick up is between 1700-0300 and based on the drivers Hours Of Service.

Operating Area

Drivers on this semi-local position will operate in CT, PA, NJ, MD, VA, MA, NY and Washington D.C.

Miles per week

• 1800., No Touch Freight.

Duties

Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21, Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen., Urine Test.

Moving Violation

• No more than 2 in the last 3 years.
• Warnings on PSP will count towards moving violations.

Accident

• No more than 3 minor accidents/incidents in the past 3 years.
• No more than 3 incidents in the last 3 years.

Tickets

• No more than 3 accidents and/or tickets.
• No more than one preventable with less than 12 months of experience.

Felonies

• All criminal convictions are reviewed on an individual basis as part of an overall review of the file.Felony drug charges must be outside of 7 years.

Misdemeanors

• All criminal convictions are reviewed on an individual basis as part of an overall review of the file.

DUI/DWI

• No more than 1 and it must be outside of 5 years old.
• If Driver has 2 DUI's, they will be considered if both are prior to 2002.
• Drivers with a DUI/DWI in a CMV may be considered for employment with appropriate SAP paperwork.
