Job summary

J Rose Enterprises Llc in the Greater Marietta/Atlanta area is hiring a Class A CDL driver for our regional bulk fleet. This is a full-time W2 position with early start times from 2:00 AM to 3:00 AM and a Southeast route focus.

You will earn a weekly average of $1,200–$1,600, plus a per-mile rate, with no-touch loading and a home-time plan of 4–5 nights per week. Candidates must have 18 months of Class A experience and reside near Marietta.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL and 18 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Must be 25 years of age and live within the immediate Marietta area.
• Able to pass standard physical and agility assessment.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional bulk fleet on Southeast routes with no-touch loading; monitor pneumatic unloads.
• Maintain routes and schedule to achieve home time of 4–5 nights weekly.
• Adhere to safety, compliance, and performance standards on every trip.

Earnings & Financials

• Weekly Average: $1,200 — $1,600/week
• High All-In Rate: Fleet-wide average equals $0.81/mile total payout
• Multiple Revenue Streams: Paid by tons hauled, loaded miles, per diem, load/unload events, and performance safety bonuses
• Paid Pneumatic Training: No prior bulk/pneumatic experience necessary

Route & Duties

• Primary Lane: Southeast states
• Home Time Routine: Out 2–3 nights maximum (Home 4–5 nights weekly)
• Freight: Dry Bulk / Pneumatic Trailer (No touch loading; drivers connect lines and monitor automated unload process)
