Job summary

Accent IT is seeking a CDL-A Semi-Local Driver for the Tar Heel, NC area to run a semi-local dedicated freight operation within a 300-mile radius.

Expect about 12-hour shifts, no-touch freight, roughly 1,500 miles per week, and 2 overnight layovers weekly with home time 3–4 times each week when needed.

Night driving is required, weekends and holidays are common. You must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 3 months of verifiable experience with a clean driving record.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Night driving, weekends and holidays availability.
• Reliable personal transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Operate semi-local routes within a 300-mile radius of Tar Heel, NC.
• No-touch freight with about 1,500 miles per week.
• Attend overnight layovers and adhere to the schedule.
• Work a 12-hour shift with start times around 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.
