Connex Education are seeking dedicated and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistants to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs within specialist educational settings, covering both priamry and secondary phases. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes both academically and personally.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to provide tailored support for pupils who may display challenging behaviour, anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, or additional learning needs.
