Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science & Engineering or related field; BS/MS level suitable.
• Hands-on SEM experience or demonstrated capability in sample prep workflows.
• Solid understanding of electron microscopy principles (SEM).
• Fundamental semiconductor device physics and failure analysis concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced lab.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality SEM data to clients with precise sample prep.
• Manage multiple client samples with adherence to quality and turnaround goals.
• Collaborate with team to optimize workflows and maintain output quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to standardize procedures.
