As the SEM Manager at Solace, you are responsible for owning Solace's SEM efforts by doing whatever is necessary to succeed. You will manage our SEM process from start to finish, with a deep understanding of Google's algorithms and strategies to dominate highly competitive keywords.

This role offers a unique opportunity to report directly to our Head of Growth and collaborate on high-visibility projects with our CEO.

Note: You must be based in the US for this role.

1. Win on SEM by targeting high-volume, high-intent keywords with the resources and product to dominate the SERP.
2. Be autonomous, taking full ownership of your work and responsibilities.
3. Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to find elegant solutions.
4. Generate and test multiple ideas rapidly, focusing on solving problems.
5. Contribute to testing and ensuring product quality.
6. Create and execute plans, managing projects or working independently.
7. Uphold and enhance our standards to bring Solace’s mission to life.

What You Bring to the Table
