Job summary

Micron Technology in Idaho seeks a Yield Enhancement Failure Analysis Lab SEM & ETM Process Technician to perform inline targeting with SEM and ETM tools, following customer instructions and standard protocols.

You will collaborate with customers and peers, interpret data to provide clear conclusions, and maintain required safety certifications while exploring process improvements to support world-leading memory and storage solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off).
• Must wear clean room garments to prevent contamination; PPE as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs SEM analysis requests following detailed instructions.
• Prioritizes SEM and ETM tasks and coordinates with supervisors.
• Interprets data and provides well-supported conclusions.
• Operates lab equipment for SEM and ETM analysis following safety protocols.
• Identifies minor equipment issues and supports improvements.
