Job summary

Frontier Energy, Inc. is seeking a technically skilled SEM professional to support the launch and growth of a SEM program for commercial, institutional, and industrial clients in Texas.

You will perform facility investigations, HVAC/controls expertise, energy analysis, and customer coaching to identify and sustain energy-saving improvements. The role requires hands-on work with BAS/EMS/BMS, industrial controls, and PLCs, plus strong customer-facing communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HVAC, controls, BAS/EMS, or facility energy management.
• Strong verbal and written communication to build trust.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SEM technical advisor and energy coach for customers.
• Develop relationships with Facility Champions and staff.
• Conduct facility walkthroughs and energy assessments at large facilities.
• Coordinate with BAS/EMS/BMS and control systems to identify optimization opportunities.
• Translate opportunities into actionable energy management plans.
• Track implementations and verify sustained changes.
• Support recruitment, presentations, and SEM program growth.
