Frontier Energy, Inc. is seeking a technically skilled SEM professional to support the launch and growth of a SEM program for commercial, institutional, and industrial clients in Texas.
You will perform facility investigations, HVAC/controls expertise, energy analysis, and customer coaching to identify and sustain energy-saving improvements. The role requires hands-on work with BAS/EMS/BMS, industrial controls, and PLCs, plus strong customer-facing communication.

Frontier Energy is seeking a technically skilled, customer-focused professional to support the launch and growth of a Strategic Energy Management (SEM) program for commercial, institutional, and industrial customers in Texas. This role combines hands-on facility investigation, HVAC and controls expertise, energy analysis, and customer coaching to identify and sustain energy-saving operational improvements.
The ideal candidate has practical experience with HVAC systems, building automation or energy management systems (BAS/EMS/BMS), industrial controls, or PLCs and can effectively work with both technical systems and the people who operate them. Direct SEM experience is not required.
This is a full-time position based in our Austin, Texas office, with up to 30% regional travel, including occasional overnight travel.
