Diesel in Las Vegas is seeking a Selling Supervisor to lead a team of fashion enthusiasts and grow brand awareness in a new market while delivering a world-class client experience. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on developing the team, sales growth, and brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the management team in achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through supervision of the store team and proper implementation of company programs.
• Take a proactive approach to business trends and act as a positive role model representing the Diesel brand and values.
• Continuously improve supervisory skills in visual merchandising and store operations by taking ownership of responsibilities.
• In the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, assist with store management and short-term decisions.
• Perform omni-channel services and initiatives.
