Job summary

Tuff Shed Inc. is seeking a Selling Center Design Specialist to perform on-site design consultations and drive sales at a designated Home Depot location.

You will manage leads, coordinate weekend events, and collaborate with store teams to promote our sheds and accessories, gaining hands-on training through regional leadership. You will earn an hourly base plus commissions, with potential earnings ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

• Experience in customer service is a plus.

• Self-direction and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Sell and design consultations at the Home Depot store.
• Manage sales pipeline, generate and track new leads.
• Drive sales growth and provide design consultation to clients.
• Leverage store employees and traffic to generate leads and sales.
• Plan and attend weekend events at the store.
• Update customer interactions in the CRM and note next steps.
• Train Home Depot associates on products and maintain presentation sheds.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A SELLING CENTER DESIGN SPECIALIST

• Working on-site, at assigned Home Depot store including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
• Manage sales pipeline, generating, tracking and reporting new customer leads.
• You will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional design consultation services to our clients at your assigned Home Depot Store
• You will leverage their employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales
• Working weekends, you will plan, coordinate, and attend weekend events at your Home Depot store
• Utilize our Customer Relationship Management tool to update your customer interactions and next steps
• Build strong relationships with The Home Depot store leaders and train their associates on our products
• Maintain our display sheds for presentation, and cleanliness
