Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Selling Advisor for Fine Jewelry to deliver outstanding customer service, develop lasting client relationships, and help increase sales. You will be responsible for maintaining knowledge of the jewelry brands and building a client base across the store.

As part of the team, you will collaborate with vendor partners, participate in store events, and support ad hoc duties while upholding Saks’ standards and delivering an exceptional luxury experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain a client base.
