Amazon is seeking dedicated, hardworking, analytical, and results-oriented individuals. Candidates will be responsible for duties related to investigating and eliminating online e-commerce risks. The role requires an analytical mind, detailed investigation skills, and excellent judgment. Productivity and quality assurance will be evaluated alongside overall contribution to the department's development.
These positions are ideal for recent graduates or individuals with customer service backgrounds. Proficiency in German & English (spoken, reading, and writing) is required, with the ability to produce grammatically correct, concise, and accurate responses. Candidates should be able to pronounce words clearly and speak with clarity.
Requirements include excellent interpersonal skills, intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and the ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks. Previous experience in customer service or retail supporting German & English-speaking customers is preferred. Knowledge or experience in fraud/risk management is advantageous but not essential. Experience in insurance, finance, data analysis, research, translation, or training in German & English is a plus.
