The role requires an analytical mind, detailed investigation skills, and excellent judgment. Productivity and quality assurance will be evaluated alongside overall contribution to the department's development.

Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Communicate effectively via live video call with our customer base—third-party sellers wishing to sell on Amazon marketplaces.
  2. Review seller identity details (information & documents) over a live video call.
  3. Verify ownership of submitted documents by sellers.
  4. Assess the legitimacy of documents by reviewing online copies.
  5. Reduce avoidable friction for legitimate sellers and stay updated on SOPs and policies.
  6. Serve as an Amazon ambassador and offer live assistance during identity verification.
  7. Provide excellent customer service skills via live video call.
  8. Maintain composure during calls as a representative of the Amazon brand.
  9. Be flexible to be trained for additional skills or work types.
  10. Identify and help minimize risks posed by fraud patterns and trends.
  11. Achieve or exceed weekly productivity and quality standards.
  12. Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as needed.

These positions are ideal for recent graduates or individuals with customer service backgrounds. Proficiency in German & English (spoken, reading, and writing) is required, with the ability to produce grammatically correct, concise, and accurate responses. Candidates should be able to pronounce words clearly and speak with clarity.

Requirements include excellent interpersonal skills, intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and the ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks. Previous experience in customer service or retail supporting German & English-speaking customers is preferred. Knowledge or experience in fraud/risk management is advantageous but not essential. Experience in insurance, finance, data analysis, research, translation, or training in German & English is a plus.

Additional qualities include excellent problem-solving skills, self-discipline, diligence, proactivity, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a positive, results-oriented attitude.
