This is a Site Relief Manager position, so you may be travelling to locations in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, or Caldwell.

• Rents Storage Units by Phone, To Walk-In Customers, or On-Line Rentals.
• Sells Customers Moving Supplies.
• Really Listens to What Customers are saying: Strives for great Telephone Techniques.
• Works every day to help those who have become Delinquent on their rent "catch up".
• Maintains Stor-It Grounds Daily — This is our home and we pick up litter.
• Prepare Reports on Grounds/Units.
• Makes Minor Repairs.
• Computer Operation.
• Light Lifting.
• Operates the business according to the Procedure Manuals and the Policy Manuals.
• We provide on-the-job office and maintenance training, but employees are expected to read the manuals and apply them.

Since this location does not have on-site housing, we will also be offering a monthly housing allowance.
