Public Storage in Texas is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations at multiple sites, working independently to ensure spaces are ready to rent and customer storage needs are met.

You will assess customer needs, upsell packing supplies, perform daily inspections, handle cash and deposits, and manage payments with reminders when required. A valid driver's license and mobility between locations are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales environments or retail/service industries.
• Ability to handle cash and deposits.
• Valid driver's license and mobility to travel between sites.

Responsabilités

• Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability and to ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of daily responsibilities.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
