Job summary

NSA Storage is seeking a motivated Property Manager in McMinnville, OR. The role handles daily operations, serves customers, and drives rental sales. The position is full-time, pays $20.00–$22.00 per hour, and requires availability on Saturdays with a ~39–40 hour workweek.

Responsibilities include managing payments, processing rental agreements, conducting property walks, and upholding safety and policy standards while delivering excellent service. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to multitask.
• Experience in sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations independently.
• Provide exceptional service, answer inquiries, assist with storage needs, and process rental agreements.
• Maximize sales through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts.
• Conduct cash drawer audits and bank deposits.
• Enforce policies to maximize rental units and safety.
